I am interested to know if there is anyone or perhaps a group of people who are exploring building a hut or a hutting site in the general vicinity of Nairn? (1-2hrs drive?). I am just beginning to think about the possibilities and am interested in finding like minded people who might be keen to share a hut or other ways to make it more affordable.

I think there’s someone in Forres looking to develop a couple of huts — there contact details are on the hutting map (can be found on the forum). There’s also plans for a large hutting site in the Cairngorms National Park. Contact details for that on post in forum. Good luck
