Hut build start

Hi all, we are beginning to build our hut after a long drawn out process. We have planning for two huts though will start with one and if we survive that we may tackle the second one ;) so far foundation poles are in for both and our own Douglas fir trees are stacked and ready for the saw mill to arrive. We are near Newton Stewart and visitors are welcome. Paul and Sian

Hi Paul and Sian, great to see the start of your build, the posts look so impressive ! We're at a similar stage. It will be good to compare notes as we go, good luck and we'll aim to visit in bluebell season if that's ok?
