I've been asked by an organisation I help about what a lease for a hutting plot might look like. It's part of their early process of considering whether they might make land available for the purpose.
I've seen the guidance on this site, but we are looking for something concrete in the form of a legal document to think about. The (retired) lawyer in me needs detail.
Anyone got anything they might be willing to share on a no names, no pack drill basis?
Here's our lease. There's more detail about the site on the forum, including the toilets issue. The bit about re sale at 10.2 is a bit wooly and is probably not enforceable but was more about setting out our wishes and wants.
