Hi I have recently started looking into getting a hut and sent some emails off asking for general information and one person responded with good general information but also said that they have had a few enquires and they are never sure what to say as they always get follow up questions. They ask me what information they should include when responding to these enquires and as I am not sure myself I thought that it would be a good idea to get a discussion going on here.

Thank you, Stephen! This is the first rough costing I’ve seen.
I would also ask questions about accessibility eg where to park your car then walk to the cabin site, toilets (composting toilets and SEPA guidelines) basic supplies, privacy, is the site near a shooting estate, security and is there access to clean running water.
One site £1200 min with some plots more
Another site £750
and no mention of water or any other facilities, that's another couple of good questions!
That's all I have gotten back so far on prices apart from one other places that is selling plots
On a sliding scale, what was the cheapest/most expensive rental and what was being offered eg water, facilities?
I have studied this site, attended the annual gatherings and never once have I found out roughly how much it would cost to rent a basic small piece of land.
How much would it cost to rent the land?
